Request Removal of Personal Information

Weboganic, Inc., whom owns and operates Weboganic.com and various websites; including AutoSchoolGuide.com, TradeSchoolAdvisor.com, etc. collectively (“Weboganic,” “we,” “us” and “our”) is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. We never resell your personal information, and only use your voluntarily provided personal information collected when you complete an information-request form on our website(s) for us and/or the Educational Institution, School, Partner, Client or their Agents, collectively our (“Client”) that you specifically requested information from to contact you.

Weboganic is paid by our Clients (or their chosen agents) for the personal information you provide when requesting more information about them through information-request forms on our websites. By completing a form on our website to request information from a particular Client, you are agreeing that your personal information will be sold to that Client or its chosen agents and that you are explicitly requesting information from them.

Your privacy is important to us. If you would like to request the removal of your personal information from our system, please complete the form on this page or you may contact us directly by using the company contact information.  Prior to removing your information from our system, we may need to contact you to confirm your identity. Please allow five (5) full business days for us to respond or to fulfill your request.  Once we have confirmed your identity, we’ll promptly remove your personal information, provided the removal does not violate any rules, regulations or laws requiring us to maintain any user data or personal information, such is required with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and any other applicable rules, regulations, and laws.  In addition, we’ll pass along your request for removal to the Client(s) that you requested information from.  As our Clients are independent of Weboganic, you may need to also contact the specific Client(s) you voluntarily provided your information to and request your information be removed from their systems as well.
